Bookings

All bridal bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee of £20 per person. This will need to be paid upon booking, and will secure your date. This booking fee will be deducted from your final payment and this will be clear in your invoice.
To book, please fill in the booking form including your name, the services you require, number of people, the date you require and your location/venue. Once I have this information I am able to create a quote for you and check that your date is available. Please allow 72 hours for a response.

Payment

The remaining balance is to be paid one week before the wedding date by bank transfer or PayPal as one payment. If members of your bridal party are paying for their own makeup this will need to be given to you in advance and the whole balance paid as one payment rather than individual payments. Should you wish to pay cash this is done at my discretion please contact me prior to arrange.

Travel

I can travel to your wedding venue or location of choice. I include the first 25 miles in my pricing anything over is 50p per mile for 2023 and 60p per mile for 2024/2025. Tolls and parking are also payable by the client. This applies in both directions. This will be clearly stated in your invoice. If the journey time is over 2 hours each way over night accommodation will need to be provided by the client.

Cancellations

Once you've paid your booking fee and secured your date, the booking fee is non-refundable should you cancel or reduce your number of people on your booking. 

Should you cancel within 12 weeks to your wedding date the remaining balance will still be due to be paid.

In the extremely unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances every effort will be made to find a replacement artist, if a replacement artist can not be found a full refund will be made to the client.

Changes to your booking

Changes to your booking can only be accepted if time allows on the day. 
No amendments decreasing the number of people on your booking can be made from 12 weeks before your wedding date, if this does occur the full payment will still be due. I should be informed of all changes via phone or email as soon as possible. 

If any of the party no longer require makeup, the minimum booking amount will still need to be honoured.

Trials

Trials are held on a Monday – Friday basis from my home studio in Sittingbourne, Kent (ME10) Trials can only be offered on weekends from January - March subject to availability. I recommend trials take place from 4-6 months before your wedding date and are carried out between 9am-2pm due to lighting and for you to have the look on for similar amount of time to the wedding day. Trials are between 1.5 - 2 hours for brides and 1 hour for bridesmaids and mother of the brides/grooms.

Lateness

If you anticipate that you will be more than 15 minutes late then please call ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse partial or the full service and this will be counted as a last minute cancellation due to lateness.
